Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least one hour before your scheduled training appointment to avoid a travel fee.
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be given for registrations made less than 7 days before the in-person course date.
- No refunds will be given if any online course material has been started or completed, as recorded in the American Red Cross learning center.
- No refunds will be given once a class has been rescheduled.
- No refunds will be given for cancellation requests or no-shows on the original in-person course date.
Exceptions:
- If a no-show occurs but the online course material has already been completed, a reschedule may be allowed with the new class attendance required within 30 days of the original date.
- A refund will be provided if the request is received at least 2 business days prior to the in-person class, your registration was made more than 7 days before the course date, and no online learning material was started or completed.
